SOCCER/GOLF

Shooting Soccer is a challenge in that it is a fast moving and unpredictable game that tests a photographers ability to react and shoot quickly to get "the" shot. I've enjoyed shooting Charlotte FC as well as the NCAA Championship in Cary, NC.

Golf on the other hand is one of a great deal of hurried walking, then waiting quietly near the gallery. Up and down hills make for a challenging day physically to keep yourself in position to get your photo, and yet remain invisible to the golfer. I've shot the US Open at Pinehurst, the Presidents Cup and the Wells Fargo tournaments at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte,NC as well as the Wyndham in Greensboro, NC and the RBC at Harbor Town in Hilton Head, SC.
